 Welcome to the 2020 Pee Wee Football League Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from REG.NGIN.COM.

1.  PROOF OF AGE (Prueba de edad)

Proof of age is required for all participants. The League will ONLY accept the original birth certificate or passport. Must bring original. Original will be returned. SE REQUIERE certificado de nacimiento original o pasaporte, aunque haya jugado en años anteriores. Original será devuelto.

2.   MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (Certificado médico)

The medical certificate must be filled out and signed by a licensed physician and must be dated after July 1, 2019. The League will only accept the Physical Evalution provided or the one filled out for High School Football. EL CERTIFICADO MEDICO debe ser completado por un médico con licencia vigente y con fecha de 1 de julio de 2019 en adelante. Solo se aceptará el certificado médico provisto por la Liga o el completado para la Liga de High School Football. 

FOR THOSE who are unable to acquire the medical certificate prior to Registration, a Doctor may be available at Registration for a $20.00 fee. PARA AQUELLOS que no puedan gestionar el certificado médico, la Liga pudiese coordinar para que esté presente un Doctor en la inscripcion por un cargo de $20.00 por jugador.

 

Official weights will be approved by the League Commissioner when registering. EL PESO OFICIAL será aprobado por el Comisonado al registrarse.

REGISTRATION FEE: $150.00

LATE FEE: $200.00 (From Saturday, February 8, 2020 onward)

The fee includes medical insurance for Pee Wee Football related accidents. The insurance will apply only as secondary insurance. Players will be covered when they are officially registered. LA Inscripción incluye un seguro médico que cubre lesiones relacionadas con el fútbol. El seguro se aplicará solo como seguro secondario. Los jugadores no estarán cubiertos por el seguro hasta que estén oficialmente inscritos.

 

THERE WILL BE THREE (3) GAME WEIGH-INS

NO GROWTH ALLOWANCE WILL BE APPLIED FOR THE FIRST TWO (2) WEIGH- INS

THE THIRD (3) WEIGH-IN WILL PERMIT A GROWTH ALLOWANCE, AS FOLLOWS:

** “C” DIVISION THREE POUNDS

** “B” DIVISION FOUR POUNDS

** “A” DIVISION FIVE POUNDS

THERE WILL BE A WEIGH-IN IN THE FINAL GAME JUST FOR STATISTICS PURPOSES

WEIGH-INS ARE ON A PER GAME BASIS NOT IN A PER WEEK BASIS

THERE WILL BE A FIVE (5) POUND EQUIPMENT ALLOWANCE FOR ALL DIVISIONS

 

 

 

 

Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $25 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your Family’s discounted rates.***
